Policies

We love all of our guests at Vibe Color Lounge, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch.

Service Adjustment + Retail Return Policy

 We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and so we may correct the issue. We are committed to making any needed correction, as long as it falls within the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. We will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, Vibe Color Lounge will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase. 

Punctuality

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Vibe Color Lounge and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time or charge you for the time missed. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.

Appointment Confirmation Policy

Appointments that are unconfirmed within 24 hours of your appointment time will be removed from the schedule. You must confirm via the app, email, text or phone call within 24 hours of your appointment time in order to keep your appointment. Unconfirmed appointments will result in a rebooking fee

Cancellation Policy

Just Let Us Know

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be required to pay a rebooking fee before you are able to reschedule with your artist.
